The Royal Children’s Hospital is the major Paediatric Hospital in Victoria and provides services to the Children of Victoria, Interstate and Overseas.
The Operating Suite provides services to accommodate a diverse range of complex paediatric procedures. On average, 1500 procedures are completed a month.
We are seeking Anaesthesia Technologists to join our pool of Casual Staff - As a professional, qualified, experienced Anaesthetic Technician or Operating Department Practitioner, you will join our multi-disciplinary team of Anaesthetic Technicians
Requirements for the position should include:
- Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience
- All qualifications and training to meet ANZCA Policy Guidelines – PS8 – Guidelines on the Assistant for the Anaesthetist
- Professionalism
- Motivation to provide a quality Anaesthetic service
- Excellent work ethic
- Team player
- Registration with Australian Society of Anaesthesia Paramedical Officers is mandatory
